These groups are run by the Students' Union (SU), an independent organisation dedicated to representing and supporting you. When you enrol on any course at the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ of Worcester, you automatically become a member of the SU and can join any club or society that interests you. If you don’t find one that matches your passions, starting your own is easy!

Sports clubs

For those looking to compete at the highest levels of competitive sport, Worcester has many teams that compete nationally against other Universities as part of the BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport) Leagues and Championships.  But there are also opportunities for recreational sport and chances for beginners to have a go. 

One of the highlights of the sporting calendar is the annual Varsity contest, where teams from the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ of Worcester face off against their counterparts the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ of Gloucestershire in a competitive series of matches.
