Olivia completed a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc in Applied Exercise Physiology at the ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµ of Brighton prior to joining the ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµ of Worcester. Whilst undertaking her MSc, Olivia was embedded within the Environmental Extremes Laboratory at the ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµ of Brighton and researched the influence of menstrual cycle phase on heat tolerance for her dissertation, supervised by Dr Neil Maxwell. Olivia joined the ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµ of Worcester as a research associate in 2024, contributing to a ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµRI funded project on improving female health and performance by mitigating heat strain. Olivia began a PhD at the ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµ of Worcester in January 2025 surrounding acute and chronic thermophysiological responses in females of varying fitness status.
