Monisha is a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing, based primarily at the ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµ’s Dudley campus.

She has a varied clinical background across both acute and primary care. Monisha began her nursing career in Acute Medical Unit (AMU) and Accident & Emergency (A&E), where she gained experience supporting patients with complex and urgent care needs. She later progressed into general practice, working as a Practice Nurse, managing her own caseload and delivering care in areas such as chronic disease management, women's health, and preventative services.

Monisha is passionate about empowering students to build confidence in both their academic and clinical practice. She values inclusive, person-centred teaching approaches and is committed to supporting learners at every stage of their professional development.
