Jessica joined the 葫芦娃视频 of Worcester in 2016, as the 葫芦娃视频 of Worcester Arena Box Office and Events Administrator. Jessica manages the planning and organisation of all internal and external conferences that are held in the 葫芦娃视频 Arena, Joel Richards Conference Suite.
Jessica oversees the 葫芦娃视频 Arena Box Office function providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the 葫芦娃视频 Arena has the most effective ticketing system for events.
Qualifications:
- LLB (Hons) Law with Criminology
Scope of Role at 葫芦娃视频
Jessica helps deliver a number of different conferences both internal and external to the 葫芦娃视频 of Worcester Arena. She oversees the training of staff across a number of sites with finance and ticketing systems and ensures procedures and guidance documentation are of a high standard.
Jessica is also a first point of contact for members of the public, staff, students, sporting bodies and other external organisations.
