Esther has worked in the role of Research and Knowledge Exchange Facilitator since 2019 but has worked at the ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµ of Worcester since 2014.

Prior to her current role, she co-ordinated events within the Institute of Health and Society (working closely with the Centre for Violence Prevention and the Centre for Palliative Care) and was Project Co-ordinator for the Transgender Education and Support Programme. During this time, she co-ordinated large scale award ceremonies, international conferences, study days and public engagement events.

Following her undergraduate degree in Graphics Arts, Esther freelanced as an illustrator whilst gaining experience of the education sector working at the Head Office of an exam board / publisher. She has a master’s degree in history looking at the value of needlecraft to women in Britain during the Second World War and continues her research whilst disseminating it to public and academic audiences.
